Hello
I have finally launched my online site and it allows customers to purchase an artwork, my question is, do I automatically receive an email notification when a sale has gone through, without me having to set this up? Or do I have to visit my site all the time to check? I am not anticipating a flood of sales as I am an artist and am selling my original artwork, but now it has been launched I feel unsure as to how things will work once customers have paid.
Any answers, advice or tips would be appreciated.

I can confirm you are in the right tab. In order to receive email alerts for new payments, you'll want to make sure that "per payment" is ticked, under the Transactional emails settings:
In addition, you can also enable your Square Online order notifications from your Online Overview page,:
- Settings > Notifications or Shared Settings > Notifications.
- Select Set up.
- Select Send orders from all locations to the same email(s) if all locations will receive order emails to the same email address(es). Enter up to three email addresses separated by commas.
- Save.
