Hello all, my apologies if this has been asked before (I'm new here and just finding my way about) but is it possible to add you own filters to your products? I appreciate there's 'price range', 'how to get it', 'availability' and 'sales and deals' but I sell tie dye clothing and would really like to be able to filter by size / age.
In addition is it possible to remove any of the standard filter options? All my items are posted so 'how to get it' is a bit redundant.
Any tips / advice gratefully received!

You need to look at whether your items have “Options” or “Choices” “Modifiers”
you then need to look to see if Retail is better for you. I think it might be
in retail you can use order manager and it prints dockets to place in with your items- it gives you a dynamic work flow so you can see what items are due, ready or despatched. Customers are notified if they order online.
Retail is far more suited to a “store”
POS allows to send payment links by SMS, Retail does not.
Have a look at how items work in “square online items” and in square items on the landing page of square in your browser - on a desktop in a browser - not on the app

You might have an issue finding “saved baskets” tickets” in retail ….. Depending on the grid system you chose - we use the old grid as you can write a note the client sees - whereas the new the client doesn’t see the note.
Click edit grid
Click add action and saved baskets discounts etc is in that area.
