Wrong times on confirmation messages in Square Appointments
A customer booked online for 1:00 PM today. But when he showed up he pointed out that the confirmation messages sent to him by Square Appointments said 3:00 PM. He showed me the messages and he was correct.
I checked the messages sent by Square on my computer and it said 1:00 PM
This has happened before. Customers are sent the correct times in messages but they receive a different time on their phones. Any idea what's happening and how to fix it?

He came by for his rescheduled shoot today. Turns out the time error was on his end. He had the wrong time zone set on his phone. I don't really get it but there was no problem on Square after all.
