Use one email address for multiple accounts
Hi all.
We run a ride share business and have recently put on a new driver who will be working as a sub contractor.
We are trying to set them up a staff member/team member so they can use our appointments app to pick up jobs via the calendar and check out, sending payments into our bank account.
This person also has their own driving business and uses an email address to log into square to take payments for themselves.
Does this person need a new email address to log in and use our account (with permissions set for what they can access) or can they log into our account using their existing square login? We met with them this morning and when we log in using their existing credentials, it just takes them to their personal square account, with no access to ours. We don't want to give them our log in details as they will have access to all of our information.
Thanks in advance,
Kate

Hi Kate @KimandCo 👋
Thanks for getting in touch with this question about team management!
Once you've added your team member from your end, they'll receive an email inviting them to join. Once they do this, they will be able to choose whether they'd like to sign into their own business account, or accept payments as a team member. Creating a second email address isn't necessary and they won't be privy to your account information as they'll only have access to the permissions you've granted them in the set-up. If this team member didn’t receive the ‘You’re invited’ email, please ask them to check their spam/junk folder.
