New problem today - Appointments checkout problems

Just started today. 

 

Trying to checkout a customer and select an item and it goes to a white screen and back to the calander. 

 

Can only check out with a custom amount.

 

Have done all normal trouble shooting. 

 

Anyone else having this issue?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Appointments app!

 

I did a quick test and was not able to replicate this issue - had it previously been working for you and recently stopped?

 

One thing you may want to try is to uninstall then reinstall the appointments app and see if the issue is still occurring. If this doesn't fix the issue I recommend calling our support team on 1800 760 137. They will be able to take a bit of a further look into your account and operating environment and can possibly file a bug report if need be. Lines are open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time.

Thanks mate @Seamus @Sent a video through to customer service.

 

Done all the uninstall stuff etc. 

 

Been fine until about 330pm Perth time yesterday.
