Invoices, help needed
Hello,
I can't figure out if the squareup invoices are as bad as it looks or I just can't figure out how to properly configure the invoices.
My problem is:
Let's say I have an
ITEM1 for $100
ITEM2 for $200
ITEM3 for $150
I want to give a customer the best deal I can offer
I will discount:
ITEM1 6%
ITEM2 20%
ITEM3 13%
The invoice will not show to customer the discounted price
It will show only discounts on the bottom. But the discount is not showing the attachment to a specific item.
The customer never knows what is the discounted price for each item.
I do add notes to let customers know how much a discount to a specific item. Still, the customer has to use a calculator to see the actual price.
Why the invoices can't work in the same way as a retail receipt? where the customer can see the discounted price.
Please advise

Hello @Evgueni, I appreciate you reaching and brining this to my attention. I think I understand what you are stating about the discounts, but to be clear can provide a screenshot of how it is showing? I will keep an eye our for your reply.

see attachment, as you can see I added the discount in the description, but the customer doesn't see the discounted price.
