I have customers in France, UK and Asia.
When processing for a payment, where I manually input their credit card information, as long as they have the Visa or MasterCard symbols on their credit card those are acceptable, is that right?
Also, can I invoice to the customers in these areas? This way I can eliminate the awkward questions of getting their credit card information.
Is there a list of countries somewhere on the system that we can look at?
I'm in Canada and am processing from Canada.

Yes you're right, international cards are accepted as long as they bear a Visa or MC logo.
Yes, you can send invoices to international clients as long as you're stationed physically in Canada.
There's no limit to what country you're sending invoices too, so there's no list I can reference. As long as you're not traveling and are stationed in Canada, you're good.
