Hi did anyone else’s payments from yesterday not get deposited today please?

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear your deposit was delayed.
Most deposit delays we're seeing at the moment are due to an RBA outage https://www.smh.com.au/business/the-economy/rba-says-power-failure-disrupts-payment-system-20180830-.... Square sent deposits at the usual time yesterday, but this outage has meant there have been some delays in these funds reaching our merchants' bank accounts.
Unfortunately this is out of Square's control and has impacted payment systems Australia-wide. The good new is that your deposit should go through today, if it hasn't already. If you received an email from Square yesterday letting you know that a deposit has been sent, rest assured that your deposit is on its way.

My payment did not go through last week at all.
Usually it is deposited Monday after trading on Saturday.
I spent hours on phone waiting to talk to my bank. They responded with 'there is no problem our end you need to talk to square.'
I tried finding an outlet to talk to square but can't find a phone number or email.
I have another day's trading that needs to be processed. They sour both go in today but I just looked at the 'balance and it said transferring 1/2/22.
This isn't good enough.
Please tell me how I can contact a person to talk to.

The best way to get further assistance here is to call our support team on 1800 760 137. Lines are open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time.
Also, check your email / do a search of your inbox for anything from Square - if there have been any specific issues we'll usually send an email!
