Customer getting error when adding item to cart

I've had multiple customer advising they are receiving an error message when adding a product, and being unable to add to cart and finalise their purchase. The product is in stock, and I cannot replicate the error on my end.  I'm using Chrome. Is there a preferred browser?

Hi @ElevateBball,

I'm sorry to hear your customers are running into this issue!

Square Online sites are designed to function on most browsers; however, for optimal performance, we recommend using Google Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox. I'm more than willing to test your site from my end to gain a better understanding of the situation.

In your reply, can you share the URL for your Square site?

In terms of general troubleshooting, if you've made any recent changes to your Square site, it's a good idea to publish your site again to ensure these changes are reflected in the live environment.

I'll keep a lookout for your reply!

Thanks Laurie, I'll re-publish the website to see if this helps.

The URL for the website follows; https://www.elevatebasketball.com.au/s/shop

Thanks in advance,

Evelyn

Sounds good, @ElevateBball, let me know how you go on your end!

After conducting a test on your site, I successfully added multiple products to my cart and proceeded to the Checkout page. However, I noticed that certain products require customers to select size and color before adding them to the cart. This could be a factor contributing to the error some customers are encountering when attempting to add items quickly, potentially missing these required steps.

If you continue to receive feedback from customers about this issue, it would be helpful to make note of the specific items they are trying to add to their cart. Identifying any patterns related to specific item types or variations could be the next step in resolving this matter.

Overall, I can confirm that your site is functioning normally from my end. 🤗
