I'm wondering what you have negotiated for your custom processing rates? Year to date, we have processed over $1.5M through Square with an average ticket size of $20. Our latest custom processing rate from Square was 2.54%.
We do a bit less business than you but our average transaction is quite a bit higher, and our card-present rate for the Point-of-Sale is 2.4%. All other transaction types are higher 😞
