Can I reuse an email address from a deactivated square account

I first signed up for square via the appointments app on my phone and even though it said i could get a free reader, it kept giving me an error message. SO then I went on my laptop and was able to order one successfully but it prompted me to create an account (I did not realize that i could have just logged in under the one I made on my phone) which i did so then i had 2 open accounts. I did not want that so I deactivated the one which was associated with my business email address but would now like to change the current account to use that business email address and its saying an account already exists even though it was deactivated? will I not be able to ever change it to that business email address? Or maybe it just takes a day or so to process the deactivation??

@jna4ever - Ah, I see. Our CS Team will need to free up that email to transfer it onto your desired account manually. Reach out here
