Bank Account

Hi all, 
I had thought I changed my bank account details some months ago when I closed my biz bank account. I'm pedantic with lists... anyway, I just had a massive sale to close down this biz... and received no money for my efforts. I checked and the change didn't go through. So, is there a way I can get the funds as that account closed and should have bounced?

Hi @HibiscusDesigns 

Most likely the transaction to transfer will fail and bounce back to Square.

I would update your new account details with square, contact the support line as this may not be something you can do online and have verified in time for another transaction processed.

Also I would probably change the setting in your account to manual transfers so that the system doesn't try again to send the money to wrong account.

In where you set daily or you can change your time for deposits like mine is set daily at 5pm eastern time. You can set under that or above it manually, which is kinda like an instant transfer. The percentage is a tad higher, but you can do it, and by the time I log out of square and into my bank boom, it's there. You need to remember to go back into and set up automatically daily and if you want a specific time or it's there at manually until you change it, ok?

all good, just go to dashboard -> Accounts and Settings -> Business Information -> Transfers -> under transfer schedule select Manual.

 

you can also check which bank account by going to dashboard -> Accounts and Settings -> Business Information -> Bank Accounts.
