Appointments - Customise and edit SMS / text message reminders

Hi,

 

Can we please have a new feature to let us customise SMS reminders.

 

Am continually having customers responding to the reminder and becoming confused.

Having absolutely same issue. And It have simple solution as everyone else do. Have on the end of the msg “NO REPLAY MSG” or ‘“AUTOMATED MSG”

At this case when square they start charging for subscription its becoming not worth it compare to competitors.

Hey @vanityfur, totally get why this feature would be beneficial to your business. We have no updates on the release of this feature as of yet but do keep an eye out on the Seller Community. We'll be sure to announce any changes to this feature here once we know more.

Is there a way to edit the messages yet? I really spent all this time setting it up to make messaging easier and it was advertised on QuickBooks as a way of testing clients.
