Default Fields not showing when uploading customer data from one Square account to another

I have an old account and a new account. I need to transfer my customer information from one to the other. When I download the old and upload it to the new it does not recognize half the fields. I did not have any custom fields, just the default Square ones.

Ok, So I assigned custom fields to those missing so that I could upload it. Now I have duplicate fields with the same headers and the information is not being combined correctly. Why are default square defined fields not being recognized on upload?

The fields not being recognized are: "Nickname", "Memo", "Creation Source", "First Visit", "Last Visit", "Transaction Count", "Total Spend", and "Instant Profile".

 I think I get the issue. Its because those are fields that are generated by sales data. It does not let me upload sales data from the old account to the new one. The only thing I can do is make custom fields to hold that data. Once again, the fact square does not let the name on a square account change or have a method to transfer the data from one account to a new one is absolutely ridiculous. I have downloaded the data (so its not completely lost). But I can't upload the history so that I can search and generate new reports.

And, perhaps the absolute worst part, is there is no way of mass uploading images! I have 10k+ images of inventory that i now have to re-upload! You have add the image library, now just give us the option to use a naming system to have those files auto assigned to items!

Hi @Sithkazar.  On the customer import screen there is a link to download the import template which contains all of the allowable fields for import.  See the screen shot below for those fields. Those fields you mentioned above are not currently included in that template, and therefore can’t be uploaded.
