Order Confirmation Emails Not Coming Through

This has happened before and I believe it just started working again.

PayPal is sending a notifcation that payment has been received but there is no order confirmation coming from Weebly's E-Commerce function.

Does anyone else notice this happening?

Am I supposed to do anything besides wait?

We are having same issue I tried switching emails and no change.. I do get the system "chaned email notice" just none of the order emails...

I'm having the same problem since yesterday. Orders go through and I can see them on the dashboard but no confirmation emails....

Hi everyone. We were having some issues on our end which may have caused some delays in email processing. We've resolved those issues, though may take a little bit to catch up. 

If you continue to have trouble let me know.

Hi I have not had confirmation emails for my last 3 orders. Please explain how and when this will be corrected.

Hi, @LindseyB1.

Can you check your spam folder? It's possible the most recent order emails ended up filtered there.

Hi Adam. They are not in my spam/ junk folder as I check that daily. Any other idea why they are not being produced?

Ok. Have you changed your email recently? As far as I know there aren't any issues affecting sending out order emails. Do you have a different email address you could use with your account? If you continue to have problems, you could switch your account email address to something else to see if that helps.

Adam, my customers and I have not been receiving order confirmation emails since 2/24/22. I have not made any changes to my email address. Please assist! Thanks!
