Weebly if you have limitations on the size of files we are able to sell why not Post it on your website for all of us to see like normal companies do or why not email us your customers when making changes in your service imposing new limitations.
Ever since February the 28th 2020 my store is not working properly
all my downloadable goods that are over 1 GB no longer work
I tried re-uploading the files with no success..
Last time I contacted you guys via customer service chat, they blamed my files which is total hogwash.
in my SHOPIFY Store and my Payloadz.com stores all larga products over 1GB work properly with no incident.
So in a Nut Shell
The downloadable goods that I sell on my Weebly store
If the files are under 1GB they seem to work properly my customers are able to download them with no incident. anything larger than 1GB does not work.
Please let your corporate bigwigs know this:
What a Let down, you are going back in time back to 1998
The change from the OLD WEEBLY to SQUARE is very noticeable in the fact that customer service went down the toilet.
Sincerly
A Very frustrated faithful customer that you are about to loose.

Are these digital products in your online store or just files that you uploaded with links on your site, @marciobrenes? If these are digital items, then you should be able to upload files up to 3GB in size.

Adam I'm able to upload them fine 3GB, that is not the issue, when my customers puchase them they are not able to Download them at all.
I've been getting complaints left and right and had to fullfill them by hand using dropbox.
i'm currently looking to Move my business somewhere else. WEEBLY worked for me for 6 years until now, its time to move on and find a more compent service.
it is very sad mainly because when I reached out to your customer service , and instead of getting answers I was left with more questions.

I did some testing on a test site and didn't have any trouble with larger files. Are all your customers having trouble downloading files, or just some of them?

all my products that exceed 1GB do not download at all, a blank page appears
Customers are able to dowload Smaller Files.
I had customer service test some my items, and they said they could not figure out the issue.

Hi @marciobrenes I'm sorry you didn't receive this information, but digital files are limited to 1GB. If the file exceeds this size, it will not function properly. Is it possible to split the file up into two downloads?
