Does Weebly have any blank themes or templates?

I'm wondering if there are any blank themes or templates because standard themes don't allow you to place content above the header/logo area.

Okay, so I'm thinking of doing another Weebly site, but this depends on whether I can place content above the header/logo area which standard themes don't allow you to do.  Therefore any info on blank themes/templates would be very helpful!  Thanks!
