Hi, I've just changed the title of my website. So now the title shows up correctly when I log into weebly, but when I link to the site in facebook the old title still shows up. What do I need to do?

Facebook was using cached info from your site, so I used their debug tool to scrape new information. If you try sharing again it should show the correct title now.

No problem! If you ever need to do this again this is the tool I used: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

I have exactly the same problem. I can see what FB "sees" via the debug tool, but cannot figure out how to correct it.
FB is picking up code from a Weebly Pro biz site I manage and throwing it onto my non-profit basic Weebly site www.beilfoundation.org
Please advise. --Kathy

Hi @beilmorgan Did you click on the button that says "scrape again"?

Yes, several times. Issue persists. I can see that the scholarhip Foundation site is picking up several different lines of code from the animal hospital biz site. If there was a spot where I could type in the correct information, that would work. But I don't see that possibility either. I'm not a Dev.

Go to the Pages tab, click on your home page, then click on SEO Settings. It looks like that text about the animal hospital is listed in the description field there.

This is EXACTLY the answer I needed, plus the debugging tool. I updated the SEO section with the other site's information. Then scrubbed with the Debug tool and it was perfect. The site is even showing up on the first page of Google search. Thanks!
