site editor not loading
Hello - first post here
i'm a network admin for a school division in virginia - we recently began getting complaints from a handful of teachers who utilize education.weebly.com that the site editor doesn't work on our network. We have added weebly.com and Editmysite.com to our webfilter's whitelist, but that doesn't change the behavior of the site editor. it keeps hanging up at 'working... working.. working' according to our users.
we've tried on a myriad of devices and browsers and it all points to our firewall and/or DDOS prevention vendors. Can you provide a list of IP addresses and ports that need to be open in order for the site editor to function?

Do the computers on your network have any other software installed? It's possible it's not your network itself blocking Weebly.com or Editmysite.com, but some other software that they all use.

we have tried on windows 7 computers, windows 10 computers, chromebooks, and macs.
there is other software running on all of the computers, but nothing that would prevent access to those sites. we do not run antivirus or internal firewalls. the same computer will load the site editor fine when it switches to a different network.
