"/1.8.3/jquery.min.js" and "/3.1.2/jquery.min.js" conflict

Hello to whomever it may concern.

I have a project that needs to have the "/3.1.2/jquery.min.js"  but the native "/1.8.3/jquery.min.js" is cursing a conflict 

is there a way to change one for the other?
