I've enabled the SSL certificate for my new website but it continues to say it is being configured. This has been over a week. Is this an IP conflict? Any information on addressing this would be great. Looking to go live next week.

Hello, @MULTIAXIS!
I took a look at both of your domains and their DNS records.
The domain, http://www.multiaxis-mfg.com has two issues.
1. An old A record pointed to IP address 64.98.145.30 is still assigned to your domain. This must be deleted
2. The domain's A records must be pointed to the Weebly IP 199.34.228.72
You can see the DNS status of that domain here: https://domaindiagnosis.com/index.php?query=multiaxis-mfg.com
The second domain, http://www.multiaxis-mfg.tech also has two issues.
1. It also has an old A record that must be deleted. It is pointed to the same IP as the other.
2. The domain's A records must be pointed to the Weebly IP 199.34.228.75
You can see the current DNS status for this domain here: https://domaindiagnosis.com/index.php?query=multiaxis-mfg.tech
The IP's I have given you in #2 for each domain is the IP that is assigned to the that domain's SSL certificate. The IP that the domain is using to point to Weebly must match that of the SSL certificate. If it doesn't it will not work. This is how the SSL verifies the domain.
Please change the IPs on each of your domains and remove the old A record. After this is done, give it up to 24 hours to update across all DNS servers around the globe. Reply back here, so we can correct the issue and get your SSL certificate enabled properly.

Robin
With the changes to the DSN above it looks like my .tech site worked, but my .com site is still the same.
I'll check again in the morning but figured I'd follow up in case you see something on your end.
Thanks again

Robin,
i checked the website today (.com) and it still has no certificate. I used the weebly address as noted.
Let me know how to proceed.

Can you confirm that the Weebly IP 199.34.228.72 is the correct SSL for this domain
