lost work

Hi there,

I was working on my website on one of my tabs, and when I clicked on the build it tab to edit my text, the tab that i was working on deleted.
Is there a way to find the work that I have lost? I can't find it anywhere.

i was creating my website on my phone and i unistall the weebly app.but when i went to log back in and edit my website it wasnt there.PLEASE HELP

Sounds like you might be logging into a different account on your phone now, @foxxy.  What is the address of the site you're trying to edit?

Same happens to me twice, and there is no one to help. 

The editor things does not really work; I am feeling so frustrated that I am thinking to move to another website builder.

Hi Adam, 

I wrote all my work in a new page and it got lost. For what I saw only part of my work was saved itself the rest wasn't, so after a deep breath I decided to redo it. Unfortunately, it happened again yesterday at 1:20AM

While we can't bring back the lost content, I'd like to troubleshoot to see if we can find out what is triggering the issue.

What is happening in the editor when the text disappears? Are you clicking out of the text box? Or perhaps clicking out of the Weebly tab?

Any and all information you can provide would be most helpful.
