I do not want the photo with the guy in it on my site,  The picture I selected looked like it was just a scene.  what do I do to choose a different blog page?  N

I believe you're talking about the header image, and the one you're seeing might be the default image. Here are instructions for changing the image to something that you prefer: https://hc.weebly.com/hc/en-us/articles/201505676-Edit-the-Header
