deleted a header on one of my pages on my website

I have accidently deleted the header on a page on my website.  WHen I go to that page and do what the directions say for developing a header the header part reads NO HEADER and will not let me change it.  My website when I am trying to edit it also looks totally different and on the left hand column it says left arrow large and won't let me edit anything?

Hey @d2!  It sounds like something might be being blocked from loading. Can you temporarily switch to a different browser to see if that helps?
