Any updates?  Would be nice to include "terms and conditions" while people are taking the time to register - otherwise, they'll basically have to sign up twice - unless someone has a more artful solution?

I have been trying to see how I can customise the membership feature on my website and after reading this thread I have realised that this has been for over 3 years. Wondering if there is any updates here or if there is a way to change the login/Registration title to something different?

Thanks for joining the Community, @NMT2021. There have been updates to the feature, so the only options to customize are potentially through HTML and CSS customization. I wouldn't really recommend that unless you're really familiar with HTML and CSS, though.

Have you checked out the App Center for membership apps? You might have more control through a third-party app.
