Short small file Video wont upload and work on my Weebly website - frustrating

I have been trying today to get videos to work properly on my site - only short ones under 10 seconds  between 8-14mb

They seem to upload fine then they are processed for hours and then nothing.

Can someone from Weebly please look into this as its really poor that its not working for even tiny video files

Sorry to hear that @ellisdj. What is the name of the website you are trying to upload the video to? Have you had success with adding videos in the past?

Yes I have video on it now but have had issues getting them to work nice since the start. However normally short small file videos have been fine.

I use Chrome as a Browser if that makes any difference - yesterday even a 5 sec 8mb video wouldnt work

I'm so sorry @ellisdj I missed this post and I apologize for the super delayed response. I don't see any other support tickets regarding this so I'm assuming this is working for you now. I know after we last spoke we found out there was a known issue with uploading videos to background elements, but if you still need help with this please feel free to @ my name. Apologies again!
