Are you still having trouble, @CladIron? When I check your site it shows as secure for me.

Can you clear your browser cache and reload? It sounds like it's loading cached info.

Hmm... What browser are you using? Can you try a different browser, or in Chrome use an incognito window?

The issue is that all of my clients can't access my computer servicing site because it says they are unsafe. The issue isn't me personally the issue is this issue is ruining all traffic to my site. It's not the cache. It happens whenever any device anywhere tries to access my site. I really need assistance, moreso than just try a different browser. Since most people use Firefox or chrome.

I'm very sorry for the troubles, @CladIron. Can you check your site again and tell me if you still see the issue? I believe the problem may have been due to your SSL, but it should be fixed now.

Cert common name is still invalid. And I have tried to troubleshoot the issue myself to no avail

Can you post a screenshot of what you see? I know Adam suggested clearing the cache already, but I just made this change. It wouldn't hurt to do another flush or try opening from a different browser. I had difficulties opening it in Firefox and Safari but after updating the SSL I was able to load in all browsers.

I've moved these posts to a new thread @CladIron

Do you have another browser installed on your mobile device that you can use? When you access the website are you clicking on the full url: https://www.ironcladcomputerservices.com/

Or are you typing in www.ironcladcomputerservices.com

Hm.. actually it looks like it's giving me the error again. Smiley Sad Let me see if I can research this further for you.

Both, and the issue is this is the way it appears for all my clients not just me. Everyone who views this site gets this alert on whatever browser they use. It needs to be fixed because it looks really bad to have an unsafe site as a computer technician. The error displaced is always the same

It's loading for me now. I did have to clear both cache and cookies, though.

A mcafee footer appears would that be causing issues? I don't know how it's there and would like assistance in removing it. It's not in the footer section in settings. I think it might be causing the problem since it may not be HTTP thanks for your continued help
