SSL enabled in settings tab but not showing as secure on live site.

Hello I have a weebly to manage and edit my website www.ironcladcomputerservices.com and it still says I dont have an ssl cert on chrome when I try to acess it even though it is enabled in settings PLEASE HELP THIS IS RUINING MY BUSINESS. Thank you
