Site not secure

I'm using Google to get here.

On M.S. Edge and Firefox I got the same type message:

Your connection is not secure

The owner of www.vigilantreader.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

What needs to be done to fix this?

Thanks

I've fixed that for you, @RobertSchobernd, so you should just see an enable button now.

At my setting page there is no button to turn on the SSL. The only option is to upgrade the site for $8 a month.

Hi adam, it says the same thing to me. I want to enable my site and it says that "potential security risk ahead".

I have the $18 month weebly subscription and I bought a domain aswell. Please let me know, thank you.

Hi @luisquinteroco Do you see this error in the editor or on the live site? Can you please post a link to your site for us? Thanks!

That site is showing as secure for me when I visit it in Chrome, @luisquinteroco. What browser are you seeing that error in?

It's definitely showing as secure in Firefox for me as well. Are you copying that link from somewhere? Or did you type it with http instead of https? This shouldn't matter either way since the http will forward to the https. I'm mostly just curious.

Can you please visit this site and see what version of Firefox you are using?  https://www.whatismybrowser.com

Maybe also try opening in a private window. It sounds like something on your device is cached.

Hi It looks like there's an error with the SSL. Can you please try unpublishing the site from Website>Site Settings>General>Unpublish, then try to republish the site?

That might be against ToS, but you can verify with support if you submit a ticket to the bottom of the help center.
