Responsive theme not using proper layout

Hi, 

I am pretty new to website design so please excuse me if these are silly questions. My website is www.boilerhousebrewery.co.nz

Firstly the responsive theme looks great on the desktop and on the whole good on your mobile apart from the section in contact us. The opening times do not line up and the email address is spead over two pages. Is there any way to change that?

Secondly my buttons are linked to a phone number this is great for the mobile app but not good for the desktop. Is there a way to use an email on the desktop and a phone number on the mobile app?

I would use the Hide app from the App Center to solve both:

You can use that to make the Phone number only show on mobile and an email address show on desktop, and also do something similar with your times.
