upload file = 50% correct ; files won't open in browser for the public

Hello,

On since a few days the upload of Files - under download & link - blocks itself.

I can only upload the first 2 words of the PDF.

The PDF arrives under the download or link.

Size of the file = 140 Kb or about.

I can publish my website.

In the browser I can not open the uploaded files.

When I do want any action... I fall back into PDF viewer, for my eyes only o my laptop.

I have re-installed all my browsers.

No improvement, whatsoever.

Problem = in all browsers identical.

O, I have cleaned up my whole harddisk too.

Windows 7 Home.

Whats the solution?

Perhaps I have found the cause.

The name of the PDF may only be short, without dots in between the words.

This is unworkable; I have tried numbers yet...

That PDF loads fine for me. Extra periods in the middle of the file name might be confusing some software into think it's a different file type. If you need something to have spaces or separation in the file name, try using underscores or dashes.
