Post Blog button not working

I created a new website using the blog theme. Nothing happens when I click on the Blog Post button on the lower-righthand side of the Build page in Weebly. None of the buttons at the bottom of the page respond to clicks. 

The SAVE button at the bottom of the Blog Settings does not work, either. None of the buttons at the bottom of the Site Builder work. 

Also, I want to increase the font side of the "Menu" element in the upper-righthand corner that is used to navigate. The Site Builder does not offer me the option to do this task.

I logged out, then logged back in to the Site Builder. Now it is working. Maybe I needed to clear the cache but it's working now.
