There's probably some generators from a quick Google search, but anything regarding legal is not something employees are able to help you with. I'm sure there are some business owners on here that may have some suggestions for you, though!
However, I have been alerted that my website is using Google Analytics and Cookies, although I haven't purchased this. It's Weebly doing this and therefore they must provide you with the adequate information!
