Plan Transfer

I currently have a website published witha starter plan. I have created a new site with the same name which is yet to be published. Can I have the plan transferred to the unpublished site please? Much appreciated. Thank you

I want to do the same thing to my websites, too.  I want to transfer the plan of one to another.  Is this something I can do via my client or I have to ask one of the admins to do?

Hi Adam,

I'm looking after a site for a client and have recently reskinned it but simply duplicated the site so that I could minimse downtime, is there any chance you would be able to swap the Starter subscription plan from one to the other for me?

The site is vivolution.co.uk and the name of the site I'd like the Starter subscription plan moved to is Vivo Staging 

(Out of interest if I were to delete the site that the Premium subscription is associated with would that free up then membership for another site?)

I've moved the service over for you, @MattZanetti. If you delete a site it should ask you if you want to use it with another site. I know some people have had some trouble with that, though I wasn't sure if that was because something went wrong or they closed the popup without choosing.

To edit the site address log into the editor and click on the Settings tab. The first option will allow you to change and save the address to your .co.uk domain name. Please let me know if you have any questions about this.
