One page websites?

Is there any one-page website themes? Or an option to make one's website into a one-page website? Or if there's apps that do that, which is the best, or the pros & cons of each?

Any theme can work for that, really. If you have only a single page on the site, the navigation menu won't be shown. Were you looking to have links in the navigation menu that link to different sections on the page?
