HD Video start image questions

Help everyone. I am adding multiple HD Videos to the site but need to have the very beginning of the video show up in the initial picture shown on the page. Instead I seem to be getting random snapshots of the first 2 seconds or so of the video. How can I select what should be shown on the page with the play arrow in the middle?

It's not possible to choose the video still that displays at this time. I believe at one point it was something that was considered, but I don't see anything on the immediate road map regarding it. 

One work around I have come across is to edit the beginning of the video with a blank black screen, or logo image. That way you can have a little more control over what displays.
