Logo Not Working

My website logo (top left) all of a sudden is not working.

When I try editing it to re-upload, the entire screen turns grey and freezes.

The other themes don't seem to be working with the logo either (yet it is a standard png file).

(It had been working fine for years and just stopped last night for some reason - without me making any edits to it)

Please help - this is important as it is for my business and has been down for over 18 hours... I've received no reply from anyone at Weebly to help resovle this.

@zx please share your website url so users can check on their devices.

failing that, check ur browser is up to date, delete cache and cookies.... this fixes 90% of issues   

regarding Weebly not getting back to you,    they dont work night shift... are US based  and have loads of people to deal with and all are working from home

Hey I appreciate your reply... I tried updating the browser, clearing the cache and cookies but still, it's not working... I'm pretty sure it's an issue on Weebly's side because I'm not even able to edit the logo (i.e. to replace it with another image)... everytime I click the 'edit logo' button the platform crashes... any suggestions would be great

@zx    whats ur URL?

and are you being hosted by a 3rd party host?   or some thing?

i changed the logo on my site and changed it back again.....  deleted it and re loaded it... all is good..     u try using a different browser??   am using Chrome  on android and Mac

I was going to try deleting the logo/text option from the header but read that other users are having a problem getting it back so avoid that.

How can I re-add the logo option to the header after I delete it?

And, sorry I'm a bit reluctant to share the URL only because it's for my business and don't really want my company coming up in searches showing I'm having issues with the web design.

@zx    if u click where the logo, header is/should be, u get a little menu come up...     whether its a text or logo.    

if u have the old editor, go to the settings, under GENERAL   toggle the "Show title on the top of your pages" on and off and hit save

it all works just fine so i think some thing is going wrong ur end    and not a weebly issue as there could be 1000s of users writing in with the same issue

Just so you don't feel alone, wanted to say that I am having this SAME exact issue. We changed nothing and all of the sudden it's a broken image and when trying to edit it, the screen dims and everything is frozen. I deleted the logo, then uploaded it again to fix it.
