Issues with my footer

Hi,  

There is an issue with domain www.semcir.ro hosted on weebly.

I have a weebly paid plan, which should allow me to edit my footer and favicon, but it doesent work.

Could you please take a look to find out what the problem is.

Hi there. I responded to your other post, but you will need to upgrade to a Starter plan in order to edit the footer. The plan you are currently on only allows you to connect your external domain name.

Thanks for the information.

I upgraded website to starter plan and footer is now editable.

But now i see a black bar in the header of the site, on each and every page, could you please check.
