Install Ruffle.rs on my Weebly website

Is it possible to install Ruffle.rs on my Weebly page?
I want my .swf files to continue working with Ruffle after Flash is gone this year

It looks like all they want you to do is add their script tag to just before the closing </body> tag. To do that, open your site in the website editor and go to the Settings tab, then paste their script code into the SEO > Footer Code.

This doesn't work....

Ruffle's instructions are asking to extract the js into "a directory on your web server." 

Their script code looks like this:  <script src="path/to/ruffle/ruffle.js"></script>

It is asking for the path to the ruffle js file in the script code that has been extracted onto the web server.  

How do we do that with weebly?  How do we extract that file that onto weebly's server?  Is that possible?

Did you ever get an answer to your question? I am trying to do the same thing with a Weebly site, namely to still have it display .swf files
