I deleted a page by accident

Hi, I deleted a page by accident. Would it be possible to get it restored/How would I do it? Thank you.

This is all new to me and I am learning. Would really like to have someone talk me through a few issues.

I think I deleted the homepage for www.lakegeorgelutheran.org  I can physically see the page when I go to the website BUT when I log in to manipulate the site I only have access to the CONTACT and ABOUT pages.

Please help. This is my first month at this job and I think I broke it.
