Improve site search

Hi,

I am working on a massive website which can be described as a "wikifood" - resulting in many pages. I am finding the search function way too limited. For example, if I am using a ^ on the page for crêpes (this is the way it is really spelled) my site search will not show this pages unless I really write "crêpes". If only writing "crepes", nothing shows up.

I have tried to add keywords within the page, but this only works on the blog page - not the rest.

Is there any way to edit this? We can't have our visitors thinking we don't have pages for stuff just because Weebly can't handle a "did you mean" or simple similar results.

Desperate for any help, thank you!

Simon

Hi Simon

Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit the search function or change the parameters on the way search results are yielded.

I took a look at your site, and it looks like it is functioning properly. Did you come up with a third party solution?
