I'm trying to edit my site but the site editor will not load correctly

I've tried clearing caches, used various browsers, made sure to enable java script.

I've been able to slove it atlast. But I want to point a domain to my weebly website. But I don't know the ip address of my website.

I bought a domain(ndnsc.org) from namecheap. But whenever I try to connect it to my website(ndnsc.weebly.com), It says "In order to connect your domain, you must purchase a plan.". Is there any way to point the domain I own to ndnsc.weebly.com without purching any plan?
