I have Admin rights but option to copy site does not show

Hi, 

I am helping someone modify a site. That person gave me Admin rights so I could copy the site and then create a second language version of it. However, the "..." option does show on my end. And while he made me an Admin, the dashboard only shows me as a "Contributor". I am including links that that show that I don't have the option to copy a site and the fact that I was given Admin rights.

Thanks for your post, @elmolugo. 

Admin rights do not include the option to make a copy, so the site owner will need to make a copy in their own account and then invite you to edit the copy.
