How to edit the Packing Slip?

I feel like I'm overlooking something... How can I edit the layout of the packing slip? Right now my logo is taking up 1/3 of the page and forcing even single item orders to print across two pages (with Policies). And, agrivatingly, clicking on "fit to page" in the print dialogue box doesn't fix the problem as the slip is forcing the page break at the same location. What am I missing? I can't even figure out where it's getting the logo to see if it would help if I made that file smaller. Thanks!

Hi @SkinnyHound The logo (if I remember correct) comes from the logo file on your page. There isn't a way to edit the packing slip at this time, but you may be able to have more control (or prefer the look) of the packing slip on Shippo's end. Can you verify the name of the site so I can take a look at what you are describing?

As of the time of my reply this is still not something you can edit, @jmartin, but thanks for posting again about it! It helps us know what features our customers would like to have.

I'd also like to be ablt to edit the packing slip, as it has my legal company name and not my store name on it.  It's not helpful to the customer.

My packing slips just say "My Site" in the top left corner. Not sure where I can change it to add my company name.

Hi @tobyvanderbeek Click on Website>General Settings>Change Site Title. I recommend a re-publish after you edit and save. Thanks!

@BernadetteHow can I update my company name on the packing slip, invoice emails, empty cart emails, and other ecommerce emails?
