Anyone else having problems with site editor at the moment?

I noticed some reports sent to support earlier, @kiwidavid55 Do you see a blank white screen when you log in? Can you please let us know your ISP, browser version, antivirus program, etc? I believe we are still trying to determine a common factor.

ISP is Vodafone (New Zealand), browser is Chrome Version 74.0.3729.169 (Official Build) (64-bit), Windows virus protection. But the same problem is happening on Internet Explorer and my Android phone.

Thank you. Do you see a small shield in the top right section of the address bar and does it have an error message if you click on it?

Sometimes, yes. Though not currently. When it is there it indicates that the page is trying to load an unauthorised script.

When you say sometimes do you mean since you noticed this loading error?

Yes, over the last few hours.

Are either one of you familiar with using the inspect tool? If so can you open the editor and take a screenshot of the network tab? It would be helpful to include as much of the inspect tool as you can. Thanks!

Do I need to access my website's editor to take a screenshot of the "inspect" button?

I have noticed a slow-down while editing my site the past 3-4 days. 

I can't open the site editor now - but can open my dashboard (it's very slow however). Is there anyway I can help with your diagnostics too?

Ah, thank you @kiwidavid55 Can you do a few more steps: 

1. along the top of their dev tools select "network"
2. refresh the page
3. in the search box filter for "preview"
4. in the list of items select "main.php
5. expand the dev tools to reveal as much info as possible
6. screenshot.

I don't think this is quite what you asked for, but when I put "preview" in the Filter box I get nothing. I note the 2 errors at the bottom of the screenshot.

I'm not sure what info they're looking for @kiwidavid55. I'm just relaying the info. I've had two users on Facebook tell get it to work. The first one used her 4G mobile data. I believe the second guy ended up using data as well, but I'm double checking.

Hi @Casseyh13 When you log in can you view the dashboard but not the editor? Do you also see a blank, white screen?

Yes. I get a blank white screen. On both google chrome and IE.
