How to add a scroll down arrow into the page

Is there a way to add some scroll down arrow into a page, under a section, so that can control the page moving to the the section below?

You could probably do something like that using anchor links and a small arrow image, @Healthy:

Do you know how to use anchor points with a "one page" feel rather then refresh to that point of the page. This would help with parrallax sites.

They have a new one page app. Just search "scroll" in the app store. However, my anchor points seem to have lost function.

Some versions of Chrome have gotten pickier about anchor code, recently. Can you paste in the code that you used for one of your anchors?
