Is there a way to add some scroll down arrow into a page, under a section, so that can control the page moving to the the section below?
You could probably do something like that using anchor links and a small arrow image, @Healthy:

Do you know how to use anchor points with a "one page" feel rather then refresh to that point of the page. This would help with parrallax sites.
They have a new one page app. Just search "scroll" in the app store. However, my anchor points seem to have lost function.
Some versions of Chrome have gotten pickier about anchor code, recently. Can you paste in the code that you used for one of your anchors?

Did you ever get an answer for this question? I'd like to know the same thing, but having a hard time finding a good answer on this.
I never found an answer and I have had to work around it by limiting my websites.
(not enough time to look into it right now)
