How do I link different HTML files?

So I'm using custom html/css/js; although I just need to simply link different html files that I have, e.g. Home.html and Social.html. Usually href="Home.html" allows me to go straight back to Home, although I only get a 404 error when I try doing this in weebly. I'm not sure if there's a different way to write this on weebly, or if I'm doing something completely wrong.

Can you provide the name of your site and the custom code you are using? Are you linking buttons, image, etc? Or is this something like a delayed time that redirects users to a page?
