How can I upload an HTML file to my Weebly site that visitors will be able to open in a new tab rather than download?
When I upload an HTML file using the file element, or when I link to an HTML file, clicking on it results in the file getting downloaded. But I don't want to download it. I just want to open it IN THE BROWSER.
How can I do that?
This is driving me crazy.

A Twine (interactive fiction) game, but the same goes for any type of file that ends with .html.
I understood what the problem here is. It's that Weebly doesn't allow FTP access.
I have an HTML file. I want to add it as a page to my website. How can I do that?
