Hi, there!

You might want to search the App Center for forum apps to see if there's an option there. You can also search google for "embeddable forum" and use that with the Embed Code element.

Thanks, and enjoy your day!

Hi Erin,

Looks like Muut might do the trick. Thanks.

Great! I've used them myself with some success.

Good luck,

I'm surprised there is only one option (Muut) and it is not Weebly's.  My members need a way to discuss issues, so I really hope Weebly comes up with an in-house solution.  Plus, I don't want to pay for a feature that seems like it should be included.

Thank you.

I'm pretty sure they had one originally. I remember using it on a previous website. I feel disappointed in Weebly for them dropping it.

Pretty poor a simple forum isn't included for what we pay for. Better offerings out there now than weebly.. I'll be switching post my current subscription

Agreed. It's terrible that Weebly doesn't offer forums, not even with memberships. Ridiculous.

Muut seems to be the only forum option in the app store. Its feedback is not terribly encouraging. Are there any other forum options?

Hi, @lakesan!

You should be able to include any forum tool that gives you embed code. Just use the embed code element! If you find something specific and it gives you trouble, please let me know.

Thanks,

Erin

@Erin, maybe you can help me.  I have an embed code for a forum from Nabble.  I had it working beautifully last week.  Now when you go to that page on my site, the only thing there is a link that takes you away to a Nabble page.  I contacted them and the customer support person was able to take my code an paste it into his website and it showed up exactly the way it WAS showing up for me.  He suggested there was an issue with Weebly's side of things.  What would it take for me to get someone to check this out?  https://www.winningyourrelationshipgame.com/ask-me.html  I've made the page public for the time being until I can get help with this issue.

Thanks,

Allison

All other services make you pay monthly! Plus, I liked the Forums that weebly provided us with.

Hi Sherlenet,

If you're using a Website Toolbox forum, you can embed it into Weebly by following the instructions shown here:

https://www.websitetoolbox.com/blog/embedding-a-forum-into-your-weebly-website-520

There's also a screencast that walks you through all the steps.

Hi @GoldenNotary We no longer have a forum element in the builder. You would have to use a third party app from our app center. If you want to use a forum built by an external site you can use the embed element to display.

Which third-party element would that be? I want to come back to weebly but had to move to wix because you don't have a forum option. It's 2021 and outside networks are popping up everywhere. Why did you take this feature away.

But, but...there's no information on forums on that page whatsoever. So thanks for, um, nothing?

Sorry for the inconvenience, but it doesn't even look like forums are available through the app center. The only option you have is to use a third party service that offerers some embeddable code. You can use the Embed Code element or section (depending on your editor experience) to display the forum on your site.
